Big Wally’s Policies and Details:

Do you have cracked or loose plaster on wood, rock or wire lath?

This adhesive repair system was designed specifically to reattach plaster to wood lath and masonry substrates (like brick, terra cotta or concrete block). Please see our architectural specifications for details. It will not work on plaster applied to rock lath, wire lath, veneer plaster on blueboard, or drywall.

Please keep in mind – houses continue to shift over time.

Our product does not prevent new cracks from appearing. Cracks that were repaired with Big Wally’s Plaster Magic will not re-open, but new cracks can appear if adverse conditions have not been resolved (such as plumbing leaks, roof leaks, and grading and drainage issues at the foundation).

This product was designed to repair plaster that has been applied to wood lath and masonry substrates (like brick, terra cotta or concrete block). Before purchasing, double check to be sure you are working with plaster on wood lath. If you are unsure, call us at 802-254-1330 and someone will assist you.

We guarantee positive results if used as directed. We are not responsible for a failed repair due to user error. ALL loose debris must be removed from between the plaster and lath before applying the conditioner and adhesive. Broken plaster keys left between the plaster and lath will not allow the plaster to be pulled back into contact with the lath and a new bond to be reestablished. Shipping Terms:

We ship UPS Ground for ALL orders. For overnight shipping, please contact us at 802-254-1330. Patching Plaster is shipped separately (directly from the manufacturer). We typically ship within 3 business days from receipt of your order. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes (please provide a street address). Plan your project accordingly—it takes 5-7 business days for a shipment to reach the west coast from our east coast warehouse.

International Customers:

We ship to Canada, the UK and Ireland. Please note – handling charges, duties and taxes, etc. at the receiver’s end are not included in the cost of your order.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Orders cancelled before shipping will receive a 100% refund.

Returns and Refunds:

If you are not completely satisfied with Big Wally’s Plaster Magic, or if you ordered this product in error, you may return any unused material within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Shipping charges are not reimbursed. Please email us at sales@plastermagic.com to tell us of your return, then ship the package to: Big Wally’s Adhesives, c/o HMF Printing, 46 Rogers Road, Haverhill, MA 01835. We will refund you the cost of the material once your return has been received.

Damaged and defective items will be replaced at no charge to the buyer; please contact us by email (returns@plastermagic.com) or phone (802-254-1330, 9am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday) and someone will assist you.
